Add expected salary to your profile for insights About the role Winkle Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of Tier 3 commercial interior fitout projects throughout the country. As part of our Project Management team, you will be responsible for delivering multiple projects of varying sizes and scope at any given time. This is a full-time role based in our Edwardstown Head Office with minimal travel requirements. What you'll be doing Building relationships with potential clients, suppliers, contractors, and designers to welcome new business and maintain existing relationships. Estimating and preparing tender documentation for presentation to the client. Managing all aspects of commercial interior fitout projects, including scope, timeline, budget, quality, and stakeholder engagement. Developing and overseeing plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of your projects. Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities and address any issues that arise. Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to the management team and client. Ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety to maintain the company's reputation for excellence. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery within the company. What we're looking for Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the commercial interior fitout or building industry. Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop tender documentation, execute project schedules, prepare pre-start documentation, manage external contractors, and oversee in-house joinery fabrication. Technical skills and experience in joinery fabrication are an advantage but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and team members. Proficient in the use of project management software and tools with a view to implement new systems and procedures. Thorough understanding of construction and project management methodologies, as well as relevant industry regulations and standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results on time and budget.
