Job Description

Project Manager - Concrete, Paving, Underground Utility We are currently partnered with our client, a General Contractor, with a Project Manager search in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Responsibilities: The Project Manager plans, directs, and coordinates activities pertaining to the construction management, administration and profitability of small and large projects for a variety of clients. Develop new and maintain established relationships with core and repeat clients. Attend estimating meetings to contribute to the analysis of job opportunities, report on and monitor bid progress, and receive assigned projects. Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager or Estimator, with a solid background in managing concrete, paving, or underground utility projects. Good Driving Record as projects are within or adjacent to Northeast Ohio. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, specifications, and addendums.
