Stubbs Constructions is a family owned, Burnie based construction company working state wide in the commercial, civil, industrial, residential and educational construction sectors. We are currently seeking candidates for the following position: Project Manager A permanent, full time Project Manager is required to join our management team. Candidates will be required to have the following skills: Required Experience with commercial, civil, industrial, residential and educational construction sectors; Understanding and experience in project management, supervision, contract administration and project costing; Understanding of work health and safety, environmental and quality management plans and the ability to ensure all project policies, procedures and standards are adhered to; High level of literacy, numeracy and computer skills; Hold a current driver's licence; a company vehicle will be provided; Hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Building and Construction. The successful candidate must have a Construction Industry White Card and a Working with Vulnerable People Registration, with good work ethics; punctual, reliable and honest.
