The Company: Our client is a highly innovative OEM manufacturer who has experienced significant growth and is uniquely positioned as a market leader. They are about to embark on a major digital transformation journey, with the implementation of a new ERP system an integral part. They are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to lead this project. The Job: Lead the end-to-end implementation of a large-scale ERP project, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee contractual obligations, financial tracking, and risk mitigation to keep the project on course. Drive stakeholder engagement across multiple functions, supporting training and user adoption. Monitor project progress, provide updates to senior management, and manage post-implementation transition. What You’ll Need: Proven experience managing ERP implementations, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain. Strong project management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. Expertise in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively. Experience using project management tools such as Azure DevOps or MS Project. Knowledge of manufacturing environments and willingness to travel from time to time. An indicative base salary range of $160 to $180K + Super. However, those at a more senior level are encouraged to apply.
