We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of electric aircraft conversion projects . This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in transforming conventional aircraft into fully electric-powered platforms , shaping the future of sustainable aviation. About the Role As a Project Manager , you will oversee complex projects in electric aviation , ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget . You’ll collaborate with engineering teams, suppliers, and technology partners to drive innovation in battery-electric and hydrogen-powered propulsion systems for Part 23 and Part 25 aircraft. Key Responsibilities Project & Program Management – Oversee the full lifecycle of electric aircraft conversion projects, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with objectives. Cross-Functional Coordination – Manage internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to maintain progress, cost control, and efficiency. Financial & Budget Oversight – Contribute to budget planning, financial reporting, and supplier payment processes. Business Development – Support sales campaigns and initiatives to expand commercial opportunities. Fundraising & Grant Applications – Lead and contribute to capital-raising efforts , including securing grants and strategic funding. Strategy & Partnerships – Support corporate strategy, build industry partnerships, and engage with key stakeholders. Technology & Certification – Work with electric motor, battery, and hydrogen technology providers to ensure regulatory compliance and certification readiness. Regulatory & Compliance Oversight – Ensure that project documentation and design specifications align with certification requirements . What We’re Looking For BEng and Master's Degree in Engineering 8+ years of experience managing complex technology projects 10+ years in aerospace environments, leading projects and operations Experience in electric aviation is a strong advantage Fluent in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus) Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills Why Join Us?
