Westwide Electrical is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Estimator to join our team, based in our office in Osborne Park. Some of your key tasks will include: Manage all electrical budgets , quotes , and tenders across a range of commercial construction projects . Monitor estimating platforms to identify viable commercial service and project tender opportunities. Review tender documents , specifications, and drawings to determine the scope of work . Perform take-offs for materials and equipment; prepare cost estimates that align with commercial standards. Develop project schedules , methodologies, and supporting documentation . Oversee contract conditions ; engage in pre-contract monitoring and reporting . Conduct pre- and post-tender activities, including site inspections and client meetings . Negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors to ensure compliance and competitive pricing for commercial works. Deliver projects on or under budget, on or ahead of schedule in accordance with quality and performance requirements. Ensure the appropriate allocation of resources to achieve the project time and quality objectives at optimal cost. Our typical projects include large design and construct distribution and logistics warehouses, base builds for specialised shopping precincts, tilt up construction, high rise office, office fit-outs, Lifestyle Village Infrastructure, and other similar commercial construction builds. Experience and Qualifications A valid WA Electrical License. Proven experience in commercial electrical work. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret electrical plans and diagrams. Thorough knowledge of Australian electrical codes and standards. The ability to take responsibility and lead by example with a commitment to safety and quality. The ability to assess, analyse, and find solutions to on-site issues. Current WA Drivers License and White Card.
