The Genworth Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator/Senior Contracts Administrator to work within our dynamic team. Our company specializes in high-end architecturally designed homes which require a high level of personalization, customer liaison, and a solid appreciation of bespoke construction. To be considered for the position, you will need to demonstrate experience within the Australian residential sector in: Establishing and executing building contracts with clients and negotiating contract particulars. Administering the contract throughout the construction program to process progress payments, variations, and prime cost allowances. Liaising with trades to establish and update rates databases, seek project-specific pricing, let trade works packages, and authorize trade payments on completion of works. Establishing and maintaining site safety requirements and procedures with Sitebook. Proficient Excel skills are essential, and Buildsoft/Cubit skills are preferred, along with Timberline to prepare project costings and track expenditure throughout the duration of projects. Establishing material take-offs, estimates, and bills of quantities. Coordinating workflow in conjunction with Site Supervisors.
