We are seeking an experienced and committed Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage multilingual projects from start to finish, ensuring efficient delivery and client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to drive seamless project execution and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. You'll be working with many different and new technologies, as we are continuously looking for innovative tools to work smarter. As the primary liaison between customers and production teams, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality language solutions that help our clients achieve their goals in the Life Sciences sector. Your key responsibilities will be: Project Coordination: Manage end-to-end translation and accessibility projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are met. Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing support and setting clear expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production-related issues, conducting post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement. Process Optimization: Implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and delivery. Background: 1-4 years of working experience as a Project Manager -Lead or Coordinator - in a similar industry Experience working in an international environment with remote teams Experience working in a fast-paced working environment and under pressure Knowledge of translation management tools is a plus Formal Education: Advanced student or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Translation or related fields.
