About the Role The Project Manager will play a pivotal role to help shape and refine our digital landscape. This role isn’t just about crunching numbers or drafting processes; it’s about driving meaningful change, uncovering opportunities, and working hand-in-hand with teams to deliver practical, impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities Drive Delivery: Track, manage, and deliver change requests and major/minor projects according to the agreed scope, delivery timelines, and resource plans. Oversee Execution: Lead project delivery teams, ensuring that activities are completed according to defined expectations. Stay Connected: Maintain frequent and detailed communication with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Manage Change: Identify, communicate, and escalate deviations from the plan as needed, while maintaining project objectives. Mitigate Risks: Proactively manage foreseen project risks and implement corrective actions to minimise issues. Provide Support: Assist the larger programs by taking on supervised tasks as required. Keep Records: Manage project administration tasks, including creating and maintaining project stage documents. Lead the Charge: Help guide project planning, change management efforts, and testing to ensure seamless delivery. Adapt on the Fly: Thrive in a fast-moving environment by balancing competing priorities and staying focused on outcomes. Stay Ahead: Keep up with emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies, bringing fresh ideas to the table. About You The successful candidate will bring: Extensive experience in a Project Manager role within a complex organisational setting and change management environment. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies. Strong working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills. A commitment to driving innovation and delivering measurable improvements. Must have valid working rights in Australia (Permanent Resident or Citizen required).
