Job Description
What are you going to do Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end implementation of HSEC IS, ensuring it meets technical and business requirements. Prioritise stakeholder needs and ensure successful delivery. Lead testing, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment. Ensure transparency in communication and manage project risks. Support post-implementation transition to Business-as-Usual (BAU). Essential skills and knowledge Requirements: Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent. Tertiary qualification in IT, Business Administration, or related field. Desirable: Experience in HSEC or mining industry projects. Skills: Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Experience managing large-scale ERP and HSEC projects. Strong proficiency in MS productivity tools.
