Why you will love this opportunity as Project Manager at Civica Here at Civica we have an exciting opportunity for a customer-facing Project Manager with extensive software vendor side experience to join our Health & Care Business Unit. You'll project manage the end-to-end delivery & lifecycle of large and small, complex software and technical projects requiring significant system integration and data migration components. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, and control of multiple software implementation projects of different scopes. We're looking for someone who can navigate the intricacies and difficulties associated with complex projects, who will excel in relationship building with our customers, managing stakeholder expectations and providing regular updates ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements What you will do to be successful in this role Possess extensive experience working as a client facing vendor side Project Manager (this is a key component where experience is required and essential to the role) You'll be well versed when it comes to implementing software as a vendor project manager Have a proven track record when it comes to working across multiple complex IT projects Be able to work across multiple projects concurrently, and be able to manage significant budgets & projects with extensive scope Deliver projects to the agreed cost, time, scope, quality, and security constraints whilst following internal governance processes and principles Have extensive client facing experience, and ability to manage multiple external & internal stakeholders Experience in managing projects with significant system integration and data migration components Experience in working in a distributed team environment, managing remote, offshore, and cross-functional teams Experience working in highly regulated industries with experience in the Health domain advantageous Certified PRINCE2 practitioner, Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent practical experience Ability to work in both Agile and Waterfall PM methods Excellent communication and influencing skills Benefits Why you'll love working with us We know that when our people are happy, they will work better and have greater work satisfaction.
