Job Description
Eden Ritchie is seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager, with specialist expertise in identity and access management, to join a key Queensland Government frontline service delivery agency. The Project Manager will: Plan and coordinate project activities and resources to deliver the required outcome within budget and timeframes. Liaise closely with project stakeholders, including the Program Manager, Program Director, Product Owner, Senior Users, Senior Suppliers as well as Senior Management and other Project Managers. Manage risks, issues, conflicts, change requests and priorities. Manage project finances. Develop and maintain project schedules. Manage project resource allocations. Provide direction and support for the project team. Provide timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders on the progress of the project. Produce required project documentation in accordance with TMR policies and procedures within an Agile, PRINCE2 and MSP governance framework. Ensure appropriate project governance and assurance activities are in place for the project. Develop and implement communication plans, organisational change management plans, and benefit realisation plans, where necessary. Other duties as required. The key measures of success for this role are the delivery of the project to the agreed Scope, Schedule, Quality and Budget baselines. Requirements (Mandatory): Prince 2 Practitioner Qualified Experience in ICT projects. Highly desirable skills: Current and varied experience across public and private sector Recent experience with Microsoft Project and other PPM tools Recent experience in delivering projects relating to ICT infrastructure implementation and migration. Recent experience in delivering identity and access management projects in a complex environment. Experience with cyber security frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF and IS18.
