This 12-month salaried FTC Project Manager role will manage investment division projects within the Data, Technology & Delivery part of our organisation, reporting to the Portfolio Manager - Investments. Responsibilities : Lead project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project management frameworks and governance. Oversee financial management, including cost estimates, budgeting, and forecasting. Monitor and report on project benefits, aligning with business case predictions. Engage and manage stakeholders, including sponsors, business owners, and vendors. Implement risk and issue management strategies according to Rest risk framework. Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality outcomes, cost-effectiveness, and seamless integration with project delivery streams. Lead and mentor project team members, optimising resource utilisation and building project management capabilities across Rest. Proven experience with Investments Risk Analytics, Responsible Investments subjects, systems and Investments data and reporting needs. Market experience working in Investment Management and Superannuation organisations, ideally with experience in dealing with front, middle and back office functions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree with Project Management Certification (e.g., PMI / Prince 2 or equivalent Agile certification). Demonstrated Project Management experience with $1M+ budgets, including leadership in multi-disciplinary teams and Agile environments. Proven experience in Investment Management is essential, including knowledge of Investment Management Systems across multiple asset classes. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities with a track record in stakeholder management at senior levels.
