What You’ll Be Doing Atwell is looking for a results-driven Project Manager to join our Land Solutions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing land-related projects, fostering strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution: Collaborate with clients to define project scope, budget, and schedule . Assemble and lead project teams , assigning clear responsibilities and ensuring effective performance. Negotiate and manage contracts with sub-consultants and clients. Monitor project progress to ensure objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline. Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development support to team members. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals. Negotiate changes to project scope or contracts as required. Ensure timely invoicing and collection of accounts receivable per contract terms. Business Development Foster and cultivate strong business relationships with clients. Drive business development initiatives to expand opportunities and promote Atwell’s services. Qualifications Industry certifications (e.g., AAPL, SR/WA) are highly desired. A minimum of 4 years of Project Management experience, preferably in the energy sector with a focus on right-of-way acquisition for renewable energy programs or related energy fields. Familiarity with project management tools, especially Vision, is a plus.
