About the Role Location: Bowen Hills QLD, Australia Company: Siemens Energy Pty. Ltd. Organization: Gas Services Business Unit: Service Asia Pacific Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: Experienced Professional The Project Manager manages LTSAs for gas turbine, combined cycle, or compressor sites. The PM will complete projects within the quality framework (time, budget, functionalities) and ensure success in terms of EH&S, quality, economic results, and customer satisfaction. How You’ll Make an Impact: Project Management of the LTSAs and included onsite service and repair works. Main point of contact for the customer for the project. Ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction with the LTP process. Ensure all outages and works are completed with zero harm and following Siemens standard EHS processes. Fully responsible for the technical and commercial success of the project. Strong interface and connection to PCC and counterparts worldwide. Leading and championing continuous improvement and quality management. Acts as an entrepreneur on the level of decision making during all the project phases. Fosters expansion of business on the basis of actual project / extends the actual project to acquire new business. What You Bring: Preferably an engineering degree, project management degree/certification, or equivalent through experience. 3 years of professional experience in engineering, project engineering, or project management functions. Ability to work in a team environment, result orientation, assertiveness, motivation and inspiration, customer orientation, organizational awareness, decision making. Experience in project teams and leading teams. The ability to work and cooperate in international teams. Project Management Certification will be a plus. Who is Siemens Energy?
