Location : Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast QLD Position : Full Time About Us : Soko Construction & Roofing is a locally owned and operated business on the Gold Coast, providing re-roof and insurance solutions to both corporate and private customers throughout South East Queensland and Northern NSW. We are experiencing growth and have a large forward workload, making this an exciting time to join our team. About the Role : We are seeking a high-performing individual who can combine a sound understanding of roofing knowledge with the ability to be organised and exercise sound project management skills. To be successful in the role, you will be capable of managing a large number of jobs at any one time. You will also be tech savvy with the ability to learn and use our internal software systems. This office-based position reports directly to the General Manager and collaborates with the Roofing Supervisors and Repair Coordinators to ensure the successful completion of jobs from start to finish. Key Responsibilities : Schedule works and plan projects efficiently. Coordinate resources, including in-house trades and subcontractors. Order materials and liaise with suppliers to secure the best service and rates. Manage risks and ensure compliance with health and safety obligations. Minimum Requirements : Experience in metal roofing, fascia, and guttering. Minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume scheduling / project management. Advanced computer literacy and a high level of attention to detail. Personal Attributes : Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to forward plan work and prioritise tasks. Qualifications : Relevant Roofing trade qualifications are preferred but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
