Heathcote Health is an integrated rural health service, providing a broad range of acute, aged care, primary health programs and home-based services to Heathcote and surrounding districts. Employment Type: Fixed Term 4 month Contract - Full time 76 hours per fortnight. Role Description As the Project Manager – NDIS Support Expansion you will lead a critical initiative aimed at exploring the demand for expanding NDIS support services. This project will involve gathering insights, analysing data, and providing recommendations on the feasibility and potential impact of expanding into this vital sector. The Project Manager will oversee the project from initiation to conclusion within a 4-month timeframe. About you Demonstrated previous project management experience. Demonstrated understanding of the NDIS sector, market dynamics, and the unique challenges faced by individuals with disabilities. Demonstrated experience in conducting market research, data analysis, and reporting. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently, solve problems creatively, and handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Desirable experience relating to NDIS in the health service setting.
