As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing projects from inception to completion. You will be working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead Cross Functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and clear communication between projects Coordinate and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring safety, timeliness, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to avoid project delays and cost overruns Ensure that all projects comply with relevant regulations, safety standards and environmental considerations Provide regular updates and reports to the State Manager and clients Organise project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and recording minutes Manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Qualifications and Skills: Mechanical degree, trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter, or 5 years of relevant experience required Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects. Strong knowledge of marine engineering, construction, and regulatory standards Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
