This is an exciting time to join our OT team in our Leederville office. We currently have 2 positions, a Permanent and a 2-year fixed term opportunity available for a Project Manager OT. We are looking for Project Managers with experience and understanding of OT platforms who can create new engineering assets that satisfy the operational objectives of stakeholders that are on time, to budget, and within technical, OSH, Environmental, and Quality standards. About you: We are looking for experienced Project Managers who have strong experience providing engineering project management services. You will have a background in managing all phases of asset creation projects, tendering and contract award processes as well as contract administration. You have a good understanding of the PMBOK methodology. You will have a strong understanding of planning, design, and construction of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), instrumentation, and communications infrastructure along with experience with Operational Technology infrastructure and assets. We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a strong focus on results delivery. You will have excellent communication along with strong negotiation and relationship management skills. You will be motivational and demonstrate the values and behaviours that contribute to a constructive, dynamic, and high-performance culture. What the role will involve: Execute the project in accordance with Operational Technology Project Management Procedures and OSH, Environmental and Quality Management Systems. Collaborate with support from line management on multiple projects and engage with internal and external stakeholders and customers. Monitor, control, review, and forecast project outcomes including time, cost, and quality. Manage project risks, ensuring these are captured, mitigated, and monitored. Prepare and/or review Board Papers, Priority One submissions, media releases, or other key stakeholder reporting necessary for the successful delivery of capital projects. Negotiate and establish contracts to procure services, equipment, and works to achieve project objectives. Coordinate the preparation of bid documents and analyse these for projects to ensure sound recommendations for awarding contracts. Lead multi-functional project teams through the Asset Acquisition Process and coordinate the scoping, design, construction, commissioning, and transfer of Operational Technology and related assets. Able to deploy different project delivery methodologies based on the asset (i.e., OT vs IT).
