In this role, you'll work across teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and play a pivotal part in implementing new initiatives across departments but with a particular focus on Tech and Operations. Please note this role will be located at our Northampton office 3-4 days per week with 1-2 days of working from home each week. Working closely with our Head of Strategy you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex projects across the entire J&J organisation including our eCommerce operations. You will collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams, aligning projects objectives with organisational goals and act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. You'll be handling project requests from across the business but will have a particular focus on our eCom operations and Tech, think data warehousing, AI implementation, B2B improvements and more! You'll be focused on ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining clear communication at all times. It'll be down to you to create detailed project plans, monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery. Who we're looking for... Previous Project Management experience is essential, having worked on projects focused around logistics, eCommerce fulfilment, and tech You'll be a dab hand at using project management tools such as Asana and Jira We're a growing, fast moving business so it's important you can handle multiple projects simultaneously A keen eye for detail is a must, and you need to be able to handle competing priorities You'll be a natural communicator with exceptional relationship-building skills If you have a PMP or PRINCE2 certification this would be really advantageous Our hiring process: To maintain impartiality in the selection process and prevent bias from influencing shortlisting decisions, all applicants are systematically reviewed blindly by anonymising CV's If you're shortlisted, you'll have a telephone interview with Steph, our Talent Manager You'll have an interview or two, with our Head of Strategy and Chief People Officer You get offered the job and start your amazing new role at J&J Global At J&J Global, we welcome and value diversity.
