Medical Rescue is an integrated multidisciplinary deployable health solutions company providing remote health services all across Australia. With large clients including state and federal governments, the ADF, large multi-national organisations in the oil, gas and constructions fields our clinicians provide a comprehensive health services including emergency response, primary & occupational health care, health surveillance, drug and alcohol testing and return/fitness to work assessments. About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join the Medical Rescue team as a Project Manager for one of our large remote health projects in the NSW Snowy Mountains. In this full-time role based in Cooma, NSW, you will play a key role in supporting our paramedics, nurses, physiotherapists, radiographers and administration staff in delivering innovative remote health solutions that supports our clients large workforce. You will be supplied a company vehicle to drive between Cooma and the multiple sites across the project. You will be supported by our senior leadership team. What we're looking for Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the healthcare sector (though not a requirement) Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage budgets and resources, and deliver projects to time and quality Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, partners and cross-functional teams Able to produce valuable reports that allow for the analysis of key aspects of the project. Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks Qualification in a relevant field, such as project management, health sciences or information technology Desirable qualification as a registered health practitioner but not essential. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operational requirements to ensure high quality service delivery. Facilitate the induction and training of new personnel to site Develop, implement and revise local policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and familiarity among staff. Manage supply chain logistics across the project Coordinate rosters and support the recruitment team in filling vacancies. Serve as the primary point of contact for project staff and liaise with HQ on personnel issues. Ensure accurate payroll reporting and assist with travel arrangements for employees. Participate in meetings with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) representatives as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
