Project Manager - Subdivisions – Civil Contractor A market leading Civil contractor with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, our client is now seeking an experienced Project Manager – Subdivisions to join their growing business in the Southern Gold Coast to Northern NSW region. As the Project Manager , you’ll be joining a thriving business unit in a management role where you will be responsible for managing a project's programming, safety coordination, subcontractor management and supervision of all technical aspects of the project. With the team experiencing significant growth, you will play a pivotal role in working on Urban Development projects which will essentially be mostly residential subdivisions with some industrial subdivisions as well on projects up to $100m+. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Planning and scheduling of construction activities Management of site project teams Quality Assurance, Cost and Time Management Preparation of management reports Resolving site issues in a timely manner Liaising with key clients and stakeholders Coordinating internal and external resources Recruitment and mentoring of teams Qualifications and Requirements: Tertiary Qualification in Civil Engineering or similar 7 – 15+ years’ experience on civil construction projects. Must have bulk earthworks experience and subdivision experience Project management qualifications will be advantageous Proven understanding of construction with a hands-on approach Proven ability to effectively lead and delegate Effective problem-solving abilities Ability to resolve conflict and manage client expectations High level of organisation and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills If you have the skills and experience that we are looking for, click on “Apply” to submit your resume.
