The Role: We are looking for a skilled Transmission Lines Project Manager with a proven track record to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale transmission line construction projects. This role requires exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and a client-focused approach to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of transmission line construction projects, from planning and design through to execution and handover. Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery. Oversee project budgets exceeding $1 billion, ensuring cost control and financial accountability. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Provide technical expertise and solutions for high-voltage transmission systems. Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and driving performance. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in project management within transmission line construction. Technical Expertise: Proven experience with 330kV and 500kV transmission lines is highly desirable. Client-Side Experience: Prior experience working on the client side of projects is preferred. Big Project Exposure: Demonstrated success managing projects valued over $1 billion. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
