Project Manager (Veterans Academic Success Program) Who are we looking for? We are seeking a Project Manager (Veterans Academic Success Program) to join Curriculum Quality and Standards, Education Portfolio, Academic Division. The Project Manager will be responsible for establishing the QUT Veterans Academic Success Program, which will include creating a framework to recognise the prior learning of veterans for credit into QUT award courses and the design of appropriate academic support programs. This will include a range of activities including discussions with QUT faculties, producing guidelines and resources as well as sharing results with other universities. Curriculum Quality and Academic Integrity is responsible for ensuring effective academic governance policy, standards, curriculum architecture, centralised curriculum support and academic integrity is in place across the University. The Curriculum Quality and Standards Team collaborates with faculties and QUT College by providing expert advice and support in respect of curriculum development and internal accreditation processes that contribute to the assurance of QUT’s educational offerings. What you need to succeed Education, training and/or experience equivalent to postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience. Demonstrated understanding of the principles and operation of recognised prior learning in higher education. Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret data using a range of tools and provide strategic advice. Highly effective communication skills, including demonstrated ability to prepare a range of resources for various audiences and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with external stakeholders and staff at all levels to achieve positive outcomes. Demonstrated ability to foster mutually beneficial, inclusive and innovative partnerships to support student success and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to implement change and achieve strategic goals. High level of organisational and workload management skills, including the ability to prioritise work to meet strict timelines.
