Our clients rely on timely and efficient status reports, and as Project Manager, you will drive the charge with project direction, metric definition, and performance management. Your Role and Responsibilities This role is responsible for leading a project team in delivering a solution to the client using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract. They have overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. They are responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the client. They provide day-to-day direction to the project team and regular project status updates and requests for support to project stakeholders. Required Education Bachelor's Degree Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree Required Technical and Professional Expertise A tertiary qualification in Computing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a closely related field. 3 years of experience in project operations or a complex multi-project environment. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle and ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously. Expertise with Microsoft Office 365 Suite. Expertise with financial forecasting and reconciliation. A growth mindset and willingness to look for ways to innovate and problem solve. Demonstrated leadership experience and strong communication skills.
