As they expand their operations from Brisbane into North Queensland, they are committed to significant investment in growing their client base in the region.Your first major project will be managing a 12-month commercial office fit-out (power and lighting) in Rockhampton, with more exciting opportunities to follow as part of the regional expansion.The role: Role split: 30% project management, 70% hands-on electrical work. Lead and manage electricians and apprentices to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget. Act as the main liaison between the site team and Brisbane Head Office, delivering regular updates. Source and manage project materials. Assist with recruiting and coordinating additional labour when needed. Uphold workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations. General electrician hours: Mon-Thurs 7.30-4pm & Friday 7.30-2pm. Skills and Experience: A valid electrical license and driver’s license. Ideally 5 + years post-apprenticeship experience in commercial fit-out projects. Proficiency in using Simpro or Aroflo software. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to liaise with clients, prepare quotes, tender for projects, and identify new business opportunities. Ready to make your mark in North Queensland?
