Award Winning Builder searching for a specific individual as Project Manager with CA Experience, for our Construction Division. $180k - $200k p.a. + Vehicle (optional) Have more than 5 years' experience in a Project Management position, within a commercial construction environment? Have a Contracts Admin and Construction Background Have strong attention to detail, consistently follow up and always seem to get things done, no matter the level of expectation or complexity? As a Project Manager, you play a vital role in facilitating the continued success of the business. About the role Manage the delivery of commercial projects from contract award through to handover and completion. Work with the internal projects team, manage subcontractors and suppliers. Ensuring compliance with industry best practice and exceeding client expectations. Manage variations (both head contract and subcontract variations). Working effectively with clients, project stakeholders, suppliers and subcontractors to maximise service delivery, achieve business cost savings and satisfy client requirements. Solid understanding of each project in relation to scope, cost, contract particulars, delivery team, scheduling, and other relevant information. Weekly reporting on project performance and meeting target project gross profit margins. Skills and experience Have more than 5 years' experience in a Project Management position, within commercial construction. Strong attention to detail, consistently follows up and always strives to get things done, no matter the level of expectation or complexity. Confident in your abilities to multi-task, plan and organise with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Thrive in a fast-paced environment. Are logical, detailed and analytical in your working approach. Are a person that embraces challenges. Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
