Position Overview We are looking to expand our management team with the appointment of a Project Superintendent to provide oversight of all Project Management activities within the business and act as an interface between our Project Managers and external clients. About the Role This position will be responsible for oversight and coordination of all projects undertaken by the business as well as lead all communications with clients regarding project progress. Key Responsibilities Lead the scoping and delivery of all projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Manage the delivery of all live projects in line with the terms and conditions of the relevant contract. Lead a multi-discipline project management team and manage interfaces with specialist resources within the larger Dongara Marine team. Liaise directly with the customer/customer representatives ensuring all TQs, variations etc. are captured and feed all necessary information back to the Project Managers. Provide input to all Management Plans as well as all associated processes, procedures and instructions required to support these plans. Oversee all project review and reporting requirements. Maintain a Risk and Issue Register and work with management to ensure all identified risks and issues are managed in line with the Risk Management Procedure. About You Our ideal candidate will demonstrate the following: Project Management qualifications or certification. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferably in a boat-building environment. A demonstrated understanding of, and experience with project budgeting and cost control. Ability to use Project Management software. Strong stakeholder and sub-contractor management skills. Highly articulate with excellent interpersonal skills. Effective time management skills and ability to motivate others to remain deadline driven. A focus on WHS and commitment to actively maintaining a safe work environment. Possess a positive and professional attitude. Able to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
