Role Description Due to high levels of company growth and new project opportunities, we’re accepting expressions of interest from ACT based applicants who have strong experience in project management, contract administration, and site superintendence. These upcoming opportunities will span across multiple sectors including civil works, earthworks, roads, structures, bridges, rail, water and utilities.Located across the ACT region, you’ll be responsible for: Overseeing scope of works. Design, tendering and procurement. Engaging with contractors and consultants. Report writing and client management. Site superintendency and oversight of construction. Overseeing contract management, variations and claims. Ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget, to the highest possible standard. Candidate Profile To be successful, you’ll need to be currently based in ACT and have prior demonstrated experience working on relevant projects. You’ll also need: 15+ years experience in the delivery of Infrastructure works in one or more of the following areas: Civil Works, Earthworks, Roads, Structures, Bridges, Rail, Utilities & Water Infrastructure. Experience managing design, construction and completion phases of Infrastructure projects. Experience Administering Design and Construction (or Construct only) contracts, taking on the responsibilities of the Principals Representative under the contract. Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with stakeholders. A willingness to work as part of the Project delivery team, to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients. Qualifications in Development Management, Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
