Role Description Due to high levels of company growth and a strong pipeline of work, we’re accepting expressions of interest from client-side Project Managers who can oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across various sectors including property, buildings, transport & utilities.Located in our Sydney CBD office, you’ll be responsible for: Overseeing scope of works. Design, tendering and procurement. Engaging with contractors and consultants. Report writing and client management. Site superintendency and oversight of construction. Overseeing contract management, variations and claims. Ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget, to the highest possible standard. Candidate Profile To be successful, you’ll need demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end projects within a Consulting environment. This role would suit someone from a client-side Project Management background. You’ll also need: The ability to understand ‘the big picture’ of where these projects fit into the social infrastructure space (for Government projects), or how these developments impact the strategic objectives of private organisations (for projects in the private sector). Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with stakeholders. High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset. Experience with design and construction phases of projects from applicable sectors. A willingness to work as part of the Project delivery team, to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients. Qualifications in Development Management, Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
