Base pay range A$120,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yr Head of Sales & Marketing at Capstone Property Recruitment 10 month maternity leave contract commencing ASAP Leading Developer with Award-winning projects The Company An award-winning Property Developer with a strong track record in delivering landmark residential projects nationally, committed to developing high-quality communities that set the benchmark for innovation and sustainability. They are currently looking for an experienced Project Marketing Manager to join the business in a maternity leave contract for approximately 10 months, commencing immediately. Position Overview Your role will be hands-on and diverse and responsible for the marketing of a masterplanned community in Melbourne’s West with opportunity for exposure to built form. In your first few months you will take part in a launch and major community event. You will lead the execution and implementation of marketing strategies for the community’s brand, coordinate community events, manage community websites and social media, sponsorships, and partner with creative, digital, PR, comms and media agencies engaged on key marketing deliverables. You will also manage budgeting and reporting requirements and achieve commercial results including key milestones and sales targets. You will require a current driver’s licence and own vehicle for project site visits.
