We have an exciting opportunity for you to join DevelopmentWA as a Project Marketing Manager on a fixed 12-month term.In this role, you will collaborate with Development Managers and Project Communications Managers to deliver strategic marketing initiatives for projects across WA. You'll be responsible for developing and executing annual project-specific marketing plans, creating high-quality marketing materials, and managing both new and existing project brands. You’ll tailor marketing strategies to target relevant audiences, ensuring brand integrity and supporting project delivery through engaging content, innovative experiences, and creative visuals.Responsibilities And Accountabilities Develop and implement annual project-specific marketing plans, ensuring alignment with DevelopmentWA’s objectives, brand, key messages, and digital strategy. Manage new and existing project brands, maintaining brand integrity and defining target audiences for relevant marketing and effective messaging. Collaborate with Development Managers, sales agents and stakeholders to determine and execute advertising strategies across various platforms (signage, digital, social media, EDM, etc.), ensuring timely, on-budget delivery aligned with project objectives. Create and implement high-quality marketing materials that enhance DevelopmentWA’s reputation, incorporating innovative strategies and evidence-based content. Conduct competitor analysis and work with external agencies to optimise media spend and maximize ROI across campaigns. Develop creative briefs and coordinate material creation with the Visual Marketing Manager, ensuring consistent messaging and branding. Manage project marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and alignment with project goals. Partner with Communications and Engagement teams to leverage technical expertise and innovate marketing opportunities. Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships and manage project-related events. Conduct post-campaign evaluations to measure success, inform future strategies, and stay current with industry trends and emerging opportunities. About You Demonstrated experience in marketing including formulation, implementation, and evaluation of marketing projects, plans, campaigns and programs. High level written communication and editing skills across a variety of mediums with a talent for communicating complex ideas simply and creatively. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships in a dynamic environment. Proven ability to work collaboratively, contribute to the achievement of team outcomes and share expertise. Well-developed organisational and time management skills with the ability to work across and manage multiple projects concurrently. A relevant tertiary qualification in a related discipline is highly desirable. Experience in an organisation with similar values and ethics to DevelopmentWA is highly desirable.
