Due to an ongoing phase of growth, they are looking for an experienced Project Marketing Manager to join their team to manage the launch of a new and exciting community project.This individual will be a team player - this can't be emphasised enough! They are looking for someone who is eager to hit the ground running and ready to roll up their sleeves, taking on whatever new challenge they may face. In doing this, they will have the direct support from Senior Management across the business and experienced peers, all driven to achieve project success. This group genuinely values collaboration and facilitates an environment where every individual's talents are nurtured and celebrated.Your Responsibilities: Manage the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans and budgets Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities for a portfolio of projects Facilitate up to date market and competitor analysis Review and report on the performance of marketing campaigns against objectives and key performance indicators Assess effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement or new ways of implementation You Will Need: Proven experience in a Residential Project specific or Property Marketing role at either a Property Developer or Marketing Agency.
