This role will be an initial 6-month contract with possibility of extension or becoming permanent. Based at Norwest, free onsite parking or 5 minute walk from Norwest metro station Make your mark in a flat structure About the Role The Project Marketing Manager will lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies for several property projects. These strategies will position projects in alignment with Castle Group’s brand, vision and drive sales inquiries to meet targeted sales goals and project deadlines. This role will oversee the execution and performance of these strategies to ensure successful outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and consumer research, including demographic analysis, buyer personas and competitor benchmarking to determine positioning and brand strategy for new development projects. Prepare marketing program, aligning with project development timelines and within allocated marketing budget. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Marketing Collateral and Communication Develop and deliver all marketing collateral and communication assets for each property project. Create project visuals and copy, source reference material, images, data, and content for brochures and websites. Organise project renders, photography, and video of project aerials and key infrastructure. Compile instructions for graphic designers, web developers, copywriters, and other vendors to create marketing collateral. Production of Project Assets Coordinate production of printed brochures, flyers, billboards, mesh banners, hoarding, and pull-up banners. Conduct product research, obtain supplier quotations, manage installation, delivery, and storage of materials. Social Media Management Develop content strategy for monthly project marketing on social platforms (both paid and organic). Research data and prepare posts content, collaborating with designers, videographers and social media managers. Work with external media buying agencies to develop ad campaign strategies. Track and report on performance of organic and paid campaigns. Email Marketing Manage content strategy for monthly project marketing email communication. Prepare content calendar, liaise with designers and email content manager to set up email templates, and create photo, video, and visual assets. Execute campaigns and report on performance. Public Relations (PR) Liaise with external media platforms (e.g., REA, Domain, The Urban Developer) to book articles. Develop communication strategy for articles, prepare final copy, and coordinate with copywriters. Work with external agencies to deliver project PR activities. Monitor agency performance and assess the impact of PR initiatives. Event Marketing and Sponsorships Plan and execute sponsorships and client interfacing events. Optimise project and brand exposure at events. Collect content for post-event marketing assets and database expansion. Onsite Branding and Presentation Identify and maintain brand presence in key suburbs including identifying key signage and partnership opportunities. Manage branded presentations on individual property sites. Campaign Tracking and Reporting Assist with reporting across all marketing channels, including paid ads, external email, web traffic, PR campaigns, and offline activities. Essential Experience and Skills 3+ years in project marketing roles. Experience managing print and digital collateral design and production. Proficient in small-scale event management and coordination. Strong marketing copywriting abilities (highly desired). Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), Google marketing tools, Facebook Business Suite, and LinkedIn Ads. A strong stakeholder focus with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively. Experience within the Property industry. Education Tertiary education in marketing, communications, PR or related fields.
