About the role Are you seeking a diverse Project Management position at a leading regional hospital? Join Gippsland Health Alliance at Latrobe Regional Health, where a ‘world of opportunities awaits'. Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is seeking a technically skilled professional with knowledge of SuccessFactors to support our HCM system implementation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of SuccessFactors modules and capabilities to drive our digital HR transformation. This position is on a full-time, fixed-term basis until the end of May 2025. Key responsibilities of the Project Officer (SuccessFactors) include: Conduct system configuration and customisation. Support data migration and system integration. Validate system functionality across HR modules. Develop training materials for SuccessFactors user groups. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide technical guidance on SuccessFactors best practices. About you Ideal candidates for this role will have: Critical SuccessFactors skills Technical expertise: Knowledge of the SuccessFactors ecosystem. Understanding of core modules: Employee Central. Performance Management. Recruiting/Onboarding. Experience with SuccessFactors configuration and system setup. Understanding of HR data structures and workflows. System configuration skills: Ability to map business processes to SuccessFactors functionality. Experience with system customisation and user role management. Knowledge of report building and analytics within SuccessFactors. Understanding of data migration processes. Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies. Technical competencies: Excel skills for data manipulation. Basic understanding of API integrations. Experience with system testing and validation. Knowledge of data privacy and security protocols in HR systems. Preferred qualifications: SuccessFactors certification. Previous implementation experience. Understanding of HRIS system architecture. Education: Extensive experience in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
