Join our Business Improvement & Planning team as the Project Planning Manager, based in Keysborough. This is a full-time (1.0 FTE), permanent position. The Business Improvement and Planning (BIP) Team is a key business unit delivering organisational change across Haileybury. We are committed to driving innovation and excellence in education through continuous improvement and strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Director, People and Business Planning, the Project Planning Manager is responsible for leading and managing the department and the associated business projects and initiatives to ensure Haileybury meets its business performance and strategic goals. This role demands a proactive leader who can oversee complex projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure the effective implementation of change initiatives. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership and Project Management: Build and lead a high-performing team to manage and execute business projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation. Process Improvement and Benefit Tracking: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to implement process improvements, track business project benefits, and conduct post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement. Stakeholder Engagement and Budget Management: Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to secure support for initiatives while managing project budgets and ensuring cost-effective resource use.
