Job Description
Due to continued growth, we have the immediate need for a Project Safety Supervisor for a Solar Farm in the Albury region of NSW. Working for Safe Resolutions, you'll be engaged by one of the world's largest renewables developers with whom we have an ongoing relationship and the possibility to work on other solar, wind, or battery storage projects. The Project Safety Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring the principal contractors (and sub-contractors) compliance to their own SHMS and that of our client, the developer of the solar farm. The successful candidate will be responsible for regularly conducting site inspections, identifying potential hazards and trends in reported data, reviewing incident investigations, ensuring the effectiveness of the SHMS, and recommending corrective actions to mitigate risks to our client. Coaching and mentoring will be provided by other Safe Resolutions team members. Qualifications Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (or Cert 4 coupled with hands-on industry experience) Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Health and Safety industry Experience in Solar Farm construction, general construction/civil, mining, or maintenance/fabrication Good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills Ability to submit detailed reports and prepare audits Working knowledge of WHS requirements and industry standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel when required For further details, contact Jeff Lyndon on 0400 865 620 or submit your application to #J-18808-Ljbffr
