As a Mechanical Project Team Lead , you will be responsible for coordination of project plans, contractual arrangements, schedules, activities, and milestones in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by Worley. You will supervise project personnel through subordinate leaders and bridge the technical gap between the Project Manager and Engineers. What you’ll do Demonstrates full commitment to all health and safety matters and provides safety leadership to project team. Defines and selects team required to deliver scope of work and effectively leads project team. Sets clear objectives for the project team including scope, schedule, productivity and budget targets. Implements communication tools to ensure all team members are informed about project status. Applies knowledge of all aspects of a project to oversee the successful execution of the project plan. Ensures project schedules and resource plans are developed and utilized. Identifies potential risks or new risks as the project progresses. What you’ll have University degree or equivalent in engineering or equivalent experience. Professional registration in local jurisdiction; Certified Project Management Professional.
