You will manage vendor selection, system implementation, change management, and post-go-live optimisation, supporting the seamless integration with L&D, payroll, and workforce systems. The opportunity is available as a full-time role (Monday to Friday) on a maximum term contract for 12 months. Suncare offers the flexibility for hybrid work arrangements that include working at our Maroochydore office and from home. More about the role: Working closely with People and Culture, Payroll, ICT, and the Change Manager you will support the adoption and usability of the system across all employee lifecycle stages—from recruitment and onboarding through to offboarding and workforce analytics. You will be responsible for: HRIS Project Management: Lead end-to-end HRIS implementation, managing plans, budgets, risks, and integrations with existing systems such as payroll, L&D, rostering and award interpretation tools. Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Oversee vendor selection, contracts, and performance, collaborating with People and Culture, Payroll, IT, Finance, and Operations, to assist with a successful HRIS rollout. Employee Experience and Candidate Management: Facilitate smooth onboarding/offboarding, self-service tools, and optimized employee lifecycle processes, integrating HRIS with ATS and workforce planning. Learning and Development and Analytics: Integrate HRIS with LMS, align learning pathways, and support strategic workforce planning through effective reporting. Change Management: Partner with Change Manager to facilitate user adoption, deliver tailored training, manage impacts, and support continuous post-go-live improvements. What you will bring to our team: As a customer and continuous improvement focussed professional, we will value your significant experience in HRIS implementation, Technology, or HR/IT Business Analysis.
