As the Project and Implementation Manager – Quality Management System (QMS) you will lead the end-to-end project management and implementation of a new (or enhanced) QMS, ensuring alignment with aged care regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, risk management, and continuous quality improvement. The opportunity is available as a full-time role (Monday to Friday) on a maximum term contract for 6 months. Suncare offers the flexibility for hybrid work arrangements that include working at our Maroochydore office and from home. More about the role: Working closely with Clinical Governance, Risk and Compliance, ICT, and the Change Manager you will lead the effective adoption and usability of the QMS system across care services, operations, and corporate functions. You will be responsible for: QMS Implementation & Project Management Oversee end-to-end QMS implementation, aligning with quality, clinical governance, and business needs. Manage project planning, budgeting, risk, and timelines; ensure seamless system integration and compliance. Lead vendor selection and contract negotiations while managing cross-functional relationships to ensure system adoption and performance. Workforce Training & Change Management Collaborate with Learning and Development to integrate quality and compliance training. Drive change management initiatives, support user training, and facilitate post-launch feedback. Risk Management & Continuous Improvement Implement proactive risk monitoring and resolution; support data-driven continuous quality improvement initiatives. What you will bring to our team: As a customer and continuous improvement focused professional, we will value your significant experience in HRIS implementation, Technology, or HR/IT Business Analysis. You will possess: Solid experience in QMS implementation, Quality and Compliance Systems, or IT Business Analysis. Demonstrated sound experience with QMS platforms (e.g. DoneSafe, Moa, SQMS, or similar) Demonstrated experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and RFP processes Strong understanding of aged care quality and compliance frameworks, including Aged Care Quality Standards, NSQHS Standards, and ISO 9001 Experience integrating QMS with incident reporting, case management, risk management, LMS, and workforce compliance system Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies Experience in leading change initiatives in collaboration with a Change Manager What we offer: Not for profit salary packaging benefits Flexible working options (including hybrid work from home and our Maroochydore office with onsite parking) A friendly, supportive team environment that values all voices Fitness Passport and health and wellbeing programs Employee Assistance Program Advanced technology to support you in your role Comprehensive induction plus ongoing training and development To be part of a supportive team in a rewarding, growth industry Apply now!
