About the role Reporting to the National Leasing and Property Manager, the Project & Property Administrator will support the Construction and Development Team in administration tasks specific to the delivery of construction activity and leasing matters for Lifeblood. Working across Leasing, Donor centre refurbishments and new sites, and Manufacturing and Logistics refurbishments, this role will undertake key administrative tasks in compliance, governance, scheduling, financial management and stakeholder engagement. Sound interesting? Here’s what we are looking for; Demonstrated ability to plan, organise and prioritise work for self, and work management in an environment with multiple conflicting demands. Understanding of effective administration workflow processes and the ability to apply this knowledge in the business. Demonstrated computing experience using MS Office products. Proven ability to deliver excellence in customer service. Attention to detail and accuracy in the production of papers which includes documents for governance meetings, reporting, minutes and letters. Excellent written/verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills. Knowledge of workplace Health Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) policies and procedures. An understanding of commercial property and leasing would be highly regarded. This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a hybrid working environment based out of our Melbourne Processing Centre.
