Job Description The Opportunity A new part time opportunity has arisen within Supply Nation's Strategy, Projects and Quality Assurance department for an energetic Projects and Quality Assurance Coordinator to join us on a 12-month contract. This person will support the implementation of quality assurance projects that are currently underway.Reporting to the Strategy, Projects and Quality Assurance Manager, the Projects and Quality Assurance Coordinator’s overall objective is to support in meeting Supply Nation’s strategic goals and vision through the efficient management and execution of their responsibilities. The Projects and Quality Assurance Coordinator will play a crucial role in providing administrative, logistic and analytical support to ensure the successful delivery of projects and quality assurance within Supply Nation. This position demands a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and management. Your Responsibilities will include: Maintain and organise project documents, including plans, reports, and correspondence Ensure version control and accessibility of project documentation Provide general administrative support to the project team Provide regular input and feedback on current filing and database systems to provide opportunities for improvement within the organisation Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members Assist in the execution of key projects and business improvement initiatives by conducting research, providing data analysis, and offering administrative support as required Maintain a detailed overview of workflows, timelines, and performance indicators to support informed decision-making Support the implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure project and quality management deliverables meet standards and requirements Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and relevant departments to support the implementation of ISO-certified processes, procedures and audits Gather, organise, and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports to assist the efforts to achieve ISO: 9001 and ISO: 14001 accreditation and support ongoing compliance with ISO standards Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and management as required Support the organisation's indigenous workforce Support cultural values and integrity within the organisation, suppliers and members Attend regular and ad-hoc meetings and participate in company training as required Participate in all workplace health and safety activities, consultative meetings and improvements to relevant workplace health and safety practices. Desired Skills and Experience Attributes and Skills: Knowledge and understanding of Indigenous societies, cultures and issues affecting Indigenous Australians in business Cultural sensitivity and a commitment to Indigenous self-determination and empowerment Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of International Standards Organisation (ISO) process and management or a willingness to attend training and competency programs in the same Digital competence in tools including Microsoft Office applications (especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook and SharePoint), and Salesforce Complex problem-solving ability, with a focus on proactive support Exceptional telephone, email, and face-to-face mannerism Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanour polished interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented attitude Exceptional organisational skills with high attention to detail. Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or Certificate in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Previous experience in a similar role is required Demonstrated project management skills Familiarity with ISO standards and relevant industry practices and regulations. Additional Requirements: Attendance at after hours meetings may also be required Interstate travel may on occasion be required. Suitably qualified Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. The successful candidates will be rewarded with an attractive salary up to $102,500 full time equivalent, to pro-rata to FTE 0.8 (commensurate with skills and experience) PLUS Super and additional benefits including: Salary packaging.
