You'll manage data and information in our databases and documentation libraries, ensuring everything is up-to-date and accurate. Regular quality control and data maintenance checks, including site verification audits, will be part of your routine. You'll be a key player in supporting asset renewal planning, performance monitoring, and reporting. Your efforts will help maintain high standards of quality control and contribute to continuous improvement processes, leading to better asset management outcomes. If you're detail-oriented and have the ability to understand building components/systems and interpret drawings, manuals and data, this role could be for you! What you will bring...(selection criteria) Proven experience in administration and data processing support work preferably in a facilities or asset management environment. Demonstrated commitment to excellence in customer service, (internal and external), and stakeholder relationship management. Excellent verbal and written skills, ideally with graphic presentation skills. Ability to understand building components/systems and interpret drawings, manuals and data.
