GQS is a family-owned business operating since 2017 across our offices on the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. Role Description This is a permanent part-time 2-3 days per week role for a Property/Building Inspector at GQS. The role involves conducting inspections of properties for our suite of services, especially to the strata industry with the potential to upskill and diversify into our other service offerings. The role is car based and you will be visiting properties mostly in the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Wide Bay and surrounding areas. The role includes the use of a company car, company iPad and all other equipment required to complete the role. About You You are looking for a flexible part-time working arrangement to fit in with your life. You're efficient, have an understanding and interest in property and would represent our business well as a client facing representative. You have great attention to detail and able to use an iPad efficiently. You are a confident driver with a licence and are interested in seeing all parts of our great region, including unique and high-end properties with at times amazing views of our beautiful coastlines. This role is ideal for someone who may have a trade background and looking to get off the tools, or someone who has worked in real estate or strata/body corporate roles. Qualifications / Experience Advantageous to have experience in the construction, property, strata or real estate industries Strong attention to detail, good at basic maths / measurement and basic iPad skills Excellent communication and client facing manner Ability to reliably work independently with the support from our team Full working rights in Australia Open drivers licence with a safe history of driving responsibly Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
