Job Description KM Property Funds with $500m in funds under management and a portfolio spread across Australia, is a growing business and are looking for a Property Fund Accountant to join our finance team based in Melbourne CBD. With a wide range of responsibilities, this diverse and exciting role could be your next opportunity.About the role: As a Property Fund Accountant at KM Property Funds, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of a growing property investment portfolio. Working within a small, dynamic team, you will provide comprehensive accounting and financial reporting services across multiple property funds. This diverse and exciting role offers a great opportunity to contribute to the success of a rapidly expanding business while further developing your expertise in property and fund accounting. What will you be doing? Accounting and financial reporting support for a portfolio of property funds Investor distribution payment administration and liaise with external registry Modelling, forecasting, scenario and cashflow planning Maintaining investment and tax registers and documentation Treasury administration including KYC/AML/CTF and debt compliance Accounting policy and procedure update and compliance sign off and reconciliations Assisting the team with reporting, research and analysis as required #J-18808-Ljbffr
