Property Management Administrator/Assistant This role is full-time, based in our Ulverstone office and is best suited to someone with Administrative experience - full real estate training will be provided. Key responsibilities General property management duties as part of our award-winning POD, including but not limited to: Oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring optimal tenant placement and retention Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs Manage all aspects of the leasing process, from advertising vacancies to conducting viewings and signing new tenants Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople Maintain accurate and up-to-date records Provide exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants Stay informed of relevant legislation and industry best practices What we're looking for Experience in Administration Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Detailed knowledge of applicable residential tenancy laws and regulations A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude What we offer At Harcourts Ulverstone & Penguin, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
