Job Description

Property Management - Senior Property Manager Berry, NSW Belle Property Berry has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team. This is a key role in our business, and we are looking for someone customer-focused to grow and nurture our existing busy little rent roll. As the rent roll is still small, you will be working entirely independently, as the sole property management employee whilst covering all aspects of a property management role from acquiring new managements through to end of month owner disbursements. This is a maternity leave contract for 18 months, commencing from the 24th October 2022. You will be required to work in our Berry office, Monday – Friday; however, the hours are flexible. There may be a possible extension for the role after the initial 18 months. To be considered for this role, you will have: Experience in a similar role (experience using PropertyMe software is highly advantageous) A current certificate of registration Your own reliable vehicle and current Australian driver’s license An interest in self-development and leadership Strong attention to detail & organisational skills High self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously Experience in holiday property management is also desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
