Job Description
PRD Tannum Sands is looking for a full-time Property Manager to join our team in 2024! Could this be you? The successful candidate will have the following: Property Management Experience 6+ months or more A current QLD Drivers Licence and own vehicle Excellent knowledge of QLD legislation Immediate start Work Hours of 8.30am - 5pm (Monday - Friday) Knowledge of Property Me, our rental program we use in office. Provide a high level of customer service and be a great communicator to our valued clients, tenants, and co-workers. Attending to walk-in clients at the front office, answering calls, contacting owners and tenants, and email applications Working with our team and independently Outstanding time management skills and a good eye for detail and passion for serving our clients Preparing leases, management agreements, and organizing and assessing maintenance Entry/Exit inspections - experience preferred or willing to learn Routine inspections Has the motivation to help build our portfolio and grow within our business We look forward to hearing from you soon.
