With a modern, well-structured team, you will be given all the tools and support needed to focus on what you do best – delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.This role is ideal for a proactive professional looking for a structured and efficient work environment with a great company culture and ongoing career growth.Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of 130-200 properties, depending on experience Handle all aspects of portfolio management, including maintenance coordination and tenant relations Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections (no routine inspections required) Work closely with a well-resourced admin and tech support team to reduce admin workload Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies Provide exceptional service to landlords and tenants Collaborate with a high-performing property management team What’s NOT Included in the Role: No routine inspections – dedicated team in place No leasing – handled by a separate leasing team No accounts – handled by a trust accounts specialist Minimal admin – strong Business Support Officers (BSOs) and technology assist with daily tasks Why Join This Agency?
