What You’ll Do: Manage a portfolio of 120 properties (adjusted based on your experience). Be the primary liaison between landlords and tenants. Oversee repairs, inspections, and routine maintenance. Handle rent reviews, increases, and leasing activities. What We’re Looking For: You hold a COR (Certificate of Registration) and are ready to take on responsibility. You have experience using Property Me or are keen to learn. You have strong communication skills and are comfortable interacting with people.
